Arborwood DRI is a mixed-use master planned development located in the City of Ft. Myers/Lee County, just east of I-75 and north of the County Highway 876 exit. The project is located approximately twelve miles southeast of downtown Ft. Myers. Currently Arborwood has two communities that are underway. The development was originally approved for total of 6,500 residential units, 170,000 square feet of commercial and up to 36 holes of golf, although the final design reflects 5,451 residential units. 170,000 square feet of commercial space and 18 holes of golf with clubhouse and facilities. There are approximately 1,200 remaining single-family residential lots and 1,800 multi-family lots remaining.

Parcel “C” is a 276.7 acre undeveloped parcel located on the east side of the project within the DRI boundaries. The site was originally approved for 1,800 multifamily and Town home units. The frontage access road; Commerce Lake Drive is completed.

LREA Realty has been engaged to market the undeveloped land. Bond debt remains in place and can be utilized as a source of financing.
